Corliss Garner (she/her) is a seasoned professional serving as the chief diversity, equity, and inclusion officer at Old National Bank. Throughout her impressive career, she has been a trailblazer in the area of corporate social responsibility and diversity, equity, and inclusion. This industry leader boasts noteworthy experience from her prior roles, the most recent being the head of corporate social responsibility and diversity, equity, and inclusion at First Midwest, which merged with Old National Bank in 2022.


With over two decades of experience at BMO Harris Bank, Corliss has excelled in numerous leadership positions. Her academic background is equally impressive, including a bachelor’s degree in finance from DePaul University. Renowned for her sharp intellect, Corliss holds certifications as a financial planner and trust and financial advisor. She not only contributes actively to the community through philanthropy, but also serves as a life director and previously chaired the advisory board for the Chicago Community Trust African American Legacy Fund.


Additionally, she has served on the boards of Chicago State University, the Executive Service Corps of Chicago, and the DePaul University Coleman Entrepreneurship Center. Corliss’s exceptional experience and unwavering commitment to public service are unparalleled, and her professional achievements are truly commendable.
